REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please send an email to TORY@THEMISCHIEFCOLLECTIVE.COM (subject line: JEWELRY RETURN) within 14 days of the purchase date. Please specify your order number and the reason for your return, plus any feedback you have!
Returns must be sent back unworn and in its original packaging. All sales and discounted items are final.
WHAT CAN I NOT RETURN?
Due to Health and Hygiene Laws, we can’t accept returns and exchanges of any earrings.
WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to make the change before the order ships out.
If we are unable to make the change, you will be responsible for receiving the parcel at the address you entered originally. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost due to incorrect shipping details, but in most cases we are able to make the changes quickly if we are contacted in a timely fashion.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
If we are at fault for the reason for return, we will cover the shipping cost.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Generally refunds process within 7-10 business days,
WHAT IF MY JEWELRY GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?
If your jewelry gets lost in the mail from us to you, please inform us as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org. If you did not choose insured shipping at checkout, unfortunately in most cases we cannot replace your jewelry, which is why we suggest the insured option. We will however do the best that we can to help track down the package. In 99% of cases, the jewelry does eventually show up.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED OR FAULTY JEWELRY?
If your jewelry arrives damaged, we apologize! Please send us an email within 14 days with a photo of the damage and we will assess the situation and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
